Secure Detailing Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the responsibilities towards you (hereafter referred to as "Client", "Customer", or "you") and Secure Detailing Mobile Detailing LLC (hereafter referred to as "Secure Detailing", "contractor", "technician", "us", "our", or "we") and your corresponding obligations to us concerning the service(s) you acquire. By availing our service, you consent to the complete terms of this agreement, without any alterations made by you. Upon booking or utilizing the services of Secure Detailing, you hereby affirm your agreement to the following terms:

Access to Water & Electricity

For our car detailing services, it is essential to have access to both water and electricity. In case you lack access to either, kindly reach out to us at (503) 730-0014, and we will work together to find a suitable solution. Failure to provide access to water and electricity during your appointment may incur an $80 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

We at Secure Detailing offer our services rain or shine and are well-prepared to handle various weather conditions, including but not limited to rain. The quality of our services and the scale of our operations make cancellations and rescheduling significant. Therefore, if you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice before your appointment, allowing us to fill the time slot and avoid a cancellation fee of $80.All appointments are subject to the following terms and conditions:

- A 48-hour notice is mandatory for any appointment or service cancellation or rescheduling.
- Secure Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments based on staff levels, weather conditions, or equipment failures.
- If the vehicle and keys are not present at the specified time and location of the ordered service, the appointment may be canceled by Secure Detailing, leading to a violation of the cancellation policy, and a charge of $80 will apply.
- Gift Certificate redemption appointments will adhere to the same cancellation policy, and non-compliance will result in automatic redemption of $80 based on the above guidelines.

Operating & Moving Your Vehicle

Customers of Secure Detailing will grant access to the vehicle during the detailing job and any other mutually agreed-upon times. It is essential to ensure that the keys to the vehicle are readily available to us. By accepting this document, you authorize us at Secure Detailing to operate and move your vehicle as necessary, as determined by our technician.

Time Limit

All detail jobs have specified time limits. Completion of work is based on the unique time limit of each package. Below are the time limits for the base jobs, excluding addons. Addons will be used to extend the base time using the times provided below. Timekeeping will be conducted at the discretion of your assigned Secure Detailing technician. The timer starts as soon as the technician completes the client check-in and initial equipment setup. Detail Time Limits Are As Follows:

♦ Bronze Package: 1.5 – 2.0 hours
♦ Silver Package: 2.5 hours
♦ Gold Package: 3.5 hours
♦ Diamond Package: 4.5 hours

Guaranteed Outcome Expectations

♦ If vehicle has been last detailed less than a 1 year ago = 75% as good as new
♦ If vehicle has been last detailed more than 1 year ago = 70% as good as new
♦ If vehicle has been last detailed more than 2 years ago = 65% as good as new
♦ If vehicle has been last detailed more than 3 years ago = 60% as good as new
♦ If vehicle has been last detailed more than 4 years ago = 55% as good as new
♦ If vehicle has been last detailed more than 5 years ago = 50% as good as new
♦ If vehicle has been last detailed more than 6 years ago = 45% as good as new
♦ If vehicle has been last detailed more than 7 years ago = 40% as good as new
♦ If vehicle has been last detailed more than 8 years ago = 35% as good as new
♦ If vehicle has been last detailed more than 9 years ago = 30% as good as new
♦ If vehicle has been last detailed < 10 years ago = 25% as good as new

Quality of Service

At Secure Detailing, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our service. While no services offered can guarantee a complete restoration of your vehicle to its previous or new condition, we will make every effort to restore it to the best possible state within the limits of our resources, time, and expertise. Upon completing the job, we will conduct a final inspection together with you.If, after the final inspection and after we have left, you discover any aspect of our service unsatisfactory, we kindly request you to contact us within 24 hours so that we can promptly address your concerns. Please note that Secure Detailing will not be held liable for any concerns reported after 24 hours of job completion or if the final inspection with our technician was not completed.

Accidents, Pre-Existing Condition & Damage

Secure Detailing and its contractors cannot be held liable for any damage to the vehicle while in our care. We exercise utmost care and have an impeccable track record with no accidents to date. Our team consists of skilled professionals who excel at their craft. In the unlikely event that any damage occurs during the detailing of your vehicle, we will promptly inform you of the incident. By availing our detailing services, you also acknowledge not holding Secure Detailing responsible for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. Our liability is limited to the total dollar amount of each job.

Fees, Terms of Service & Payment Terms

The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, indicated as the "Total Cost" on the final price. The term of service corresponds to the time reserved by Secure Detailing to complete the requested "job," and it does not guarantee a specific outcome. It is possible that the job could exceed the initially allocated time. Secure Detailing may apply an additional fee, known as the "extra dirty fee," amounting to $60 per hour, if the detailing job takes significantly longer than anticipated, as determined at the discretion of Secure Detailing. This fee is typically applicable to vehicles that require more time than the standard allocated limit. We will notify you of the potential fee either before or during the detailing process.

Providing Feedback & Photos

We value your feedback. Please reach out to us via email at (support@securedetailing.com) and share any concerns you may have – positive or negative. Additionally, Secure Detailing reserves the discretion to utilize pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes and publication on its website (www.securedetailing.com) or any of our Social Media platforms. Rest assured, your personal information will not be displayed in the photographs.

Termination of Service

Secure Detailing reserves the right to cancel any new or existing maintenance plans or services with clients if we find that the customer is not a suitable fit for our services at the discretion of Secure Detailing. Reasons for service termination may include: engaging directly with Secure Detailing employees instead of going through the company, exhibiting rudeness or harsh behavior towards our employees, or any other reason we deem justifiable for service termination at our discretion.

Secure Detailing Changes

Secure Detailing reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be specified in this section. Secure Detailing does not guarantee updating the materials and shall not be obligated to do so.

I Understand That

♦ By using our services you hereby understand that Secure Detailing does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our detailing services.
♦ Your payment to Secure Detailing is expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle, not tied to the attainment of any specific outcome or result.
♦ Secure Detailing limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job. If the job takes much longer than anticipated we reserve the right to charge an extra dirty fee totaling $60 per hour on top of the total cost at the discretion of Secure Detailing employees (we will warn you).
♦ Because we order materials for the job on demand, deposits made are non-refundable.
♦ All Sales Are Final.
